It is a private and self-disciplined group for economic cooperation and exchange, which composed of enterprises, business organizations, experts, scholars, celebrities, and social groups in business and trade circle in Hainan. HIECEA had conducted restructuring in April, 2019, to further improve its culture and operation environment, and promote its prestige and member quality.
